Glutamine Ethyl Ester HCl (GEE) is a new form of Glutamine with the addition of an ester. Esters are organic compounds that are formed by the chemical reaction of carboxylic acid and alcohols. This helps the Glutamine absorb much quicker than standard L-Glutamine, much like the difference between Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl.
What are the key benefits?
It works in exactly the same way as L-Glutamine but is more effective due to the added ester. By adding the ester to Glutamine it should now greatly enhance the absorption by the muscles. GEE could lessen recovery time, decrease soreness and increase anabolism.
