Our Apple Fibre is a super fine powder with subtle apple taste and flavour with a high content of insoluble and soluble dietary fibre and is made from 100% dried apples. Soluble fibres absorb water from the digestive tract, helping to increase the size of the stool and normalise its transit time through the bowel.
