Our fantastic Impact Milk Isolate (MPI) [1kg size] is a spray dried Milk Protein Isolate made from fresh ultra-filtered skim milk. This advanced milk protein is an excellent source of casein and whey proteins in the same ratio as found naturally in milk, 80% and 20% respectively, making it the perfect combination of slow and fast released protein.
Due to the controlled release of amino acids, Milk Protein Isolate is ideal for those looking to avoid catabolism (muscle breakdown and wastage) as a result of intense exercise. This creates a timed release of amino acids and enables the body to prevent catabolism and improve recovery. This also makes Milk Protein Isolate a great product for people looking to feed the muscles with protein during periods where it may not be possible to eat, such as during sleep or in-between meals.
This source of protein has low levels of lactose per serving (approximately 1.5%) with a huge 90% protein content (dry basis) making it ideal for those looking to increase their daily protein intake with minimal carbohydrates. Milk Protein Isolate also has a higher content of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) than soy protein or egg protein.
