This formula is not a neutral tasting formula due to the high quality and functional ingredients included.
Building muscle is primarily about ensuring a positive nitrogen balance throughout the day. This balance is jeopardised in the fasting period when you sleep. We have developed the Bedtime Extreme Formula which will drip feed you amino acids overnight to provide your muscles with the required protein for repair and recovery whilst you sleep. Whey protein alone is too quick acting and will leave you with a large gap before breakfast. The combination of whey protein isolate along with milk protein (micellar casein), whey protein concentrate and egg white powder will release aminos at a controlled rate throughout the night. Low in fat and carbohydrate the Bedtime Extreme Formula really will keep you in the 'muscle building zone'. This formula is also super low in carbohydrates and fat!
3g's of HMB & and 5g's of L-Glutamine per serving are also added to ensure catabolism (muscle breakdown) is minimised in the period of sleep.
