The combination of Palatinose, Maltodextrin and Fructose will provide you with a sustained supply of energy that is easily absorbed by the body. The rate of absorption is increased due to the presence of Fructose. Fructose does not have to compete with other carbohydrates so you will find your body can absorb more carbohydrates per hour when compared to other energy drinks.
