Each flapjack we produce contains a high 22g of protein, is low in fat (compared to traditional flapjacks), and has minimal sugars - perfect! As with all traditional flapjacks we decided to keep the carbohydrates high, but don't worry, all the carbohydrates are sourced from the super low G.I. Scottish Oats so there are no worries about packing on fat! The protein is sourced from high grade Micellar Casein and Whey Protein giving you a perfectly tapered protein delivery system.
It is no good having a flapjack that has excellent nutritional values and then doesn't taste nice! Well these flapjacks taste just as good as a traditional flapjack full of sugar and other non healthy ingredients!
