Suggested Use:

Add half a scoop (17.5g) to 250 ml of water and stir vigorously do not shake. Use 1-3 times daily. For optimal results we recommend using 3 times daily at spaced intervals. On workout days consume pre and post workout. We recommend using for 4 weeks on and then 2 weeks off.

Please note BCAA’s are not fully water soluble, therefore this product will not completely dissolve in water. This will not affect the quality or performance of this product. To improve the “mixability” of Exceed try using lukewarm water and leave to settle for approximately 20 minutes after stirring.
