For a daily vitamin supplement I'm missing several B-vitamins (sold seperately, ok), better vitamin E (dl kind is 50% unnatural, probably blocking out the natural vitamins), vit C is underdosed, vit A should be coming as beta carotine (fat soluble), vit D is massively underdosed. Did I miss anything? Yeah: MP does better normally.

i can't believe that no one has yet to review this!!\r\n\r\nthese tablets contain the required vitamins that the body needs during an intense workout program. also, i have found that it improves skin and hair.\r\n\r\nit pretty much helps to back up all the vitamins we get from food. the RDA are as follows:\r\n\r\neach tablet: \r\nvitamin A: 94%\r\nvitamin D: 50%\r\nvitamin E: 40%\r\nvitamin C: 50%\r\nthiamin: 86%\r\nriboflavin: 100%\r\nniacin: 100%\r\nvitamin B6: 100%\r\n\r\nso all in all, a good product. and two months worth for only £2.75, probably one of the cheapest around.\r\ndan
