Mega Green Tea Extract is a premier Green Tea extract produced from the leaves of a plant called Camellia Sinensis. This advanced extract contains 98% total Polyphenols and 50% EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate). In laymans terms each capsule provides the equivalent of between 8 and 9 cups of green tea.

Green Tea Extract has long been used by the Chinese as medicine to treat headaches, body ache, poor digestion, and improve well-being and life expectancy. Mega Green Tea Extract contains a high level of polyphenols (a bioflavonoid), and it is also a rich source of EGCG (a powerful antioxidant), that is over 100 times more potent than Vitamin E in fighting free radicals and pro-oxidants.

Due to its thermogenic and anti-oxidant properties, Green Tea Extract has also shown great results as a fat burner and weight loss supplement. Unlike other fat burning supplements, Mega Green Tea Extract does not have the side effect of raising your heart rate.

With stats like that, it can't fail to be a good product.\n\nHowever, those with a sensitive stomach should be warned that it can be quite harsh and for me it has occasionally caused sudden bouts of nausea a couple of hours after it is taken (no idea why the delay, though).

I got these capsules because I read in different fitness mags that they help reduce DOMS and training fatigue, and after 3 weeks of using them I can clearly say it works, at least for me! Not sure about the weightloss though, I think the ones with caffeine would probably work better for that, but then I didn't look out for that kind of effect.

Hey, I've just started my cut and bought a tub of these Mega Green Tea Extract capsules. I thought they would be green but they are brown, none the less they are completely tasteless and alot more pleasant than drinking 7 cups of green tea! Really good idea, very easy to consume, its only 1 capsule a day.

This product does not work, can't think why there is so much praise of it from the other reviews? I have taken lots of these types of 'green' products and must say that this is not a wise purchase.
