The high protein and fibre content help keep hunger at bay whilst supporting your weight loss goals with less than 95 calories per bar. I've had the fruit burst and the maple and pecan and think they are very good indeed. They take the edge off your hunger, are chewy enough to make you work at it and taste great. Would definately reccomend to others

It'd be great if these had more protein in them but taste-wise these are absolutely delicious! I'm addicted. They're far nicer than any standard yogurt bars out there. I get the double chocolate kind and it feels like you're cheating when you have one. Best bar ever!
